We were in Florida and relocating to the Phoenix area. Greg was recommended to us through a friend of my daughter. Over a period of about 6 weeks we had several texts and phone calls with Greg. As we communicated and felt he was on the same page with us as to preferred location in the Phoenix area and our price range we scheduled a trip there.
